Security Updates

Support for ed25519 algorithm is now available for both Application Server and Agent in this release.

Miscellaneous Updates

Updates to the REST API methods

You can update the externalId device field using the REST API with the POST, PATCH, and PUT methods. This enhancement allows you to update the externalId of existing devices or set the externalId for new devices via the API.

Updates to the End of Life data for Cisco devices

The Populate Cisco End of Life Date external script action now can fetch End of life Milestone Date from Cisco.

Updates to OS Management for PaloAlto Device

Support for OS Managements for PaloAlto Device via Deploy OS Image Action is available in this release.

Updates to the user interface

TrueSight Network Automation is now available in a dark theme mode. You can effortlessly switch from the light theme to the dark theme with the use of the toggle button.

Updates to database support

Database support for PostgreSQL 15.x for the TrueSight Network Automation application server is available in this release.

Updates to the purging section of the system parameters

The date range for the following parameters for purging in the system parameters has been increased to 731 days:

Upgrading

If you upgrade TrueSight Network Automation to version 24.3, first upgrade to 23.4.00.001, then upgrade to version 24.3. Use the corresponding documentation links to perform these versions pre-upgrade, upgrade, and post-upgrade tasks.
