Troubleshooting runtime parameter issues

When executing the Citrix Deploy external script action, the following text fields cannot accept more than 40 characters as input:

  • vCenter URL
  • Datacenter
  • Cluster Name
  • Port Profile Name

Workaround: To fix this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Export the external script adapter.
  2. Modify the maximum number of characters allowed for the mentioned fields.  
  3. Import the adapter.

 

 

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
