Performing the Multi-Server Administration upgrade

A typical upgrade is performed by running the TrueSight Network Automation – Multi-Server Administration installer. Perform the procedure appropriate to the OS used on your computer:

Rolling back the Multi-Server Administration upgrade

You can roll back the upgrade if you face any issues post upgrade.

Perform the following tasks to roll back the Multi-Server Administration upgrade:

  1. Uninstall the current version.
  2. Install the previous version on Windows or Linux from which you have upgraded.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
