Preparing for the Multi-Server Administration upgrade

You can upgrade to version 20.02 of Multi-Server Administration from version 8.9.x.

Do the following:

  1. Download the product files from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site. For more information, see Downloading-the-installation-files.
  2. Back up the  BCA-Networks-MSA\data directory.

Next step in the upgrade process

Now that you have prepared your environment for upgrade, perform the Multi-Server Administration upgrade.
