Troubleshooting report issues

This topic describes the issues that you might encounter when using reports.

Report does not get exported correctly

Sometimes, while exporting the Discrepancy Summary report in HTML format, if you select the Include All Details option, the report is not exported correctly. Browser cannot open the exported report.

Workarounds:

Workaround 1: Export the report without selecting the Include All Details option.

Workaround 2: Export the report in a format other than HTML.

Accessing reports via external URLs results in an error if timePeriod parameter has an incorrect value

When accessing a report via external URL, the browser displays the following error message:

BadInputDataException: Invalid timePeriod parameter value.

This error occurs if you have provided an incorrect value for the timePeriod parameter.

Resolution:

Resolution 1: Provide correct values for the timePeriodType and (if needed) timePeriod parameters.

Resolution 2: Remove both the parameters and their values from the external URL. If you do not provide these parameters, sinceTrusted is considered as the default value of the timePeriodType parameter.
