Integration steps
Use of the BMC Continuous Compliance for Network Automation solution requires that the following prerequisites are met:
- BMC Remedy ITSM change management solution is already installed and running at your site in a production environment.
- The Enable TrueSight Orchestration Integration and Enable Continuous Compliance for Network Automation system parameters must be configured. For more information, see Managing system parameters.
Under Admin > Users, create a user account with the name, ao_adapter. If you create this account with a different name, you need to update the same in TrueSight Orchestration, as described in Configuring-and-enabling-adapters-for-Continuous-Compliance-for-Network-Automation. The username can contain up to 40 alphanumeric characters and must not contain spaces.
