Accessing the Multi-Server Administration interface
You can access the TrueSight Network Automation – Multi-Server Administration from any computer by using a web browser. A default account, msaadmin is available for logging in to Multi-Server Administrator for the first time, and later for managing sites. After you log in, you are prompted to change the password for the msaadmin user.
Only the msaadmin user can add, edit, or delete a site. A user other than msaadmin (also called site user) can perform other tasks, such as pushing content on sites and searching for devices across sites. The site user must exist on the application server that you plan to add as a site in Multi-Server Administration. For more information about these tasks, see Working-with-sites.
Logging in to the Multi-Server Administration
- Start your web browser (see Web-based-client-system-requirements for a list of supported web browsers).
- Enter the URL in the following format:
https://msaserverName:portNumber - If you are logging in for the first time or you want to manage sites, log in using the msaadmin user with the msaadmin password.
