Upgrading TrueSight Network Automation - Data Warehouse using the wizard

Where you are in the Upgrade process

Do the following:

1. Log in to the host computer on which you want to upgrade TrueSight Network Automation - Data Warehouse, and delete all the files from the temporary directory, (%temp%).

2. Extract the downloaded zip files (the installer) to a temporary location outside the C:\Program Files directory to avoid any file sharing conflicts:

   The Disk1 directory is created that contains the installation executable and other supporting files.

3. Exit all programs and navigate to the Disk1 directory. 
4. As an administrator user, double-click the setup.exe file to run the installer.
5. Select the installation language, and click OK. 
6. Review the welcome page, and click Next.
7. Read the End User License Agreement, agree to the terms, and click Next.
8. Read the License Agreement, agree to the terms, and click Next.
9. Review the Installation Preview page and click Install to start the upgrade process. 
10. After the upgrade is complete, the Summary page is displayed.

1. Click View Log to view the log details on the screen. From the log view, you can expand and view the log messages.
2. Click Done to exit the wizard.
