Upgrading

You can upgrade to version 19.11.x of TrueSight Network Automation - Data Warehouse from version 19.11.

For the BMC Decision Support - Network Automation users

If you are an existing BMC Decision Support – Network Automation user, you need to understand how to move to TrueSight Network Automation Reporting version 19.11.x. For details, see Moving-from-BMC-Decision-Support-Network-Automation.

If you are using TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform, ensure that TrueSight Network Automation - Data Warehouse and TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform are upgraded to the latest version. Smart Reporting - Platform displays errors if:

  • Smart Reporting - Platform is upgraded to the latest version, but Network Automation - Data Warehouse is not upgraded to the compatible version.
  • Network Automation - Data Warehouse is upgraded to the latest version, but Smart Reporting - Platform is not upgraded to the compatible version.
