License entitlements

This topic explains the license entitlements that apply to TrueSight Smart Reporting for Network Automation.

TrueSight Smart Reporting – Network Automation is licensed per enterprise with no additional licenses required for additional application servers or individual users. This product license includes access to the TrueSight Smart Reporting – Platform product component. Additional product components such as the TrueSight Network Automation – Data Warehouse and Usage Reports are required and are available for download as part of your TrueSight Network Automation product deliverables. The license entitlement to these product components (e.g., data warehouse, usage report content) is included with your specific TrueSight Network Automation product license.

You can download the components mentioned here from the Electronic Product Distribution website. Use the same username and password that you use to access the Customer Support website.

For licensing questions, contact a BMC sales representative by calling 800 793 4262. If you cannot download the components, open a support case or alternatively, you can contact a sales representative and ask for a physical kit to be shipped to you.
