End-to-end installation flow


This topic explains the end-to-end process to install the following components and products that are required to use TrueSight Network Automation Reporting:

  • TrueSight Network Automation: Used as a data source for the reporting data.
  • TrueSight Network Automation - Data Warehouse: Used for storing data that is retrieved from Network Automation.
  • TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform: Used for displaying reports based on the data collected by Network Automation - Data Warehouse.

Step 1: Install and configure TrueSight Network Automation

To install and configure TrueSight Network Automation, do the following:

  1. Plan your installation to make sure that the system requirements are met.
  2. Install the product by using any of these methods:
    • Wizard-based installation
    • Silent installation
  3. Configure the product by performing the post-installation steps.

Step 2: Install and configure TrueSight Network Automation - Data Warehouse

To install and configure Network Automation - Data Warehouse, do the following:

  1. Plan your installation to make sure that the system requirements are met.
  2. Install the product by using the wizard or silently.
  3. Configure the product by performing the post-installation steps.

Step 3: Install and configure TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform

To install and configure TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform, do the following:

  1. Plan your installation to make sure that the system requirements are met.
  2. Install the product by using the wizard or silently.
  3. Configure the product by performing the post-installation steps.
