Unacknowledging an event

To Unacknowledge an event

  1. From the event list, select an event that is acknowledged.
  2. Click the wrench icon in the Tools Menu column.
  3. Click Operations > Unacknowledge Event.
  4. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
