Display hyperlinks in the Others area of the Details notebook
In the Others area of the Details notebook, you can display hyperlinks in the slots that are present. You can only display string data-type slots as a hyperlinks.
To display hyperlinks in the Others area
- On the BMC ProactiveNet Server, navigate to the installationDirectory\pw\tomcat\webapps\pronto\jsp\swf\config directory.
- In the config.xml file, add the slot names to the <otherTabDisplayAsLinkSlots> element, separated by commas as shown below:
<otherTabDisplayAsLinkSlots>itsm_location,<slot_name1>,<slot_name2></otherTabDisplayAsLinkSlots> - Save and close the config.xml file.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
