Restoring original SSL certificates for BMC ProactiveNet Integration Service
As a consequence of the upgrade, your SSL certificates are overwritten by the new certificates. After the upgrade is complete, you must manually copy your backup copy of the original SSL certificate to the appropriate keystore file in the following folder:
- (Microsoft Windows) installationDirectory\pw\pronto\conf
- (Solaris or Linux) installationDirectory/pw/pronto/conf
If you have upgraded the BMC ProactiveNet Server to version 9.6.00 but are maintaining Integration Service instances of versions earlier than 9.6, copy the pnagent.ks and pnagenthttps.ks keystore files from the installationDirectoryOfProactiveNetServer\pw\pronto\conf directory to the installationDirectoryofIntegrationService\pw\pronto\conf directory.
