Resolving issues in data collection


If the BMC TM ART Adapter fails to transfer data from BMC TM ART to BMC ProactiveNet, perform the following troubleshooting actions:

  1. Check whether the account that BMC TM ART uses is locked out. If necessary, unlock the account.
  2. If BMC TM ART data is still not appearing in BMC ProactiveNet, restart the BMC ProactiveNet service.
  3. Trigger auto-synchronization to update monitor instances in BMC ProactiveNet.
