Resolving issues in data collection
If the BMC TM ART Adapter fails to transfer data from BMC TM ART to BMC ProactiveNet, perform the following troubleshooting actions:
- Check whether the account that BMC TM ART uses is locked out. If necessary, unlock the account.
- If BMC TM ART data is still not appearing in BMC ProactiveNet, restart the BMC ProactiveNet service.
- Trigger auto-synchronization to update monitor instances in BMC ProactiveNet.
