Secure connection breaks after upgrade
After you upgrade BMC ProactiveNet, attempts to establish a secure connection to the BMC Atrium CMDB can fail. If the secure connections worked before upgrade, but breaks after, see Restoring-original-SSL-certificates-for-BMC-ProactiveNet-Server.
Check the SSL certificates used to create the secure connection, and import them if necessary. For more information, see Using a customized SSL certificate to create a secure connection to the BMC Atrium CMDB.
