Detailed Diagnostics execution in Administration Console fails
Detailed Diagnostics fails to run from the Administration Console.
When multiple BMC ProactiveNet Servers are running in the same network, running the Detailed Diagnostics in the Administration Console can fail when connecting to a BMC ProactiveNet Server for the first time.
When you experience this issue, disconnect and reconnect to the BMC ProactiveNet Server and then run the Detailed Diagnostics again.
