Collecting diagnostics for MIB publishing issues
For any further assistance to resolve the publishing issues, collect the following diagnostics for investigating the issue:
- All MIB files that you published and are trying to publish.
- The installationDirectory/pw/server/etc/mcsnmptrapd.map file.
- The BMC Event Adapter version number. You can find the version number by running the mcxa -z command.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
