Collecting diagnostics for SNMP Event Adapter issues
You must collect the following diagnostics to further investigate issues with the SNMP event adapter.
- installationDirectory/pw/server/etc/mcxa.conf
- installationDirectory/pw/server/etc/mcxa.trace
- installationDirectory/pw/server/etc/mcsnmptrapd.map
- installationDirectory/pw/server/etc/mcsnmptrapd.dat
- installationDirectory/pw/server/etc/CELLNAME/kb directory
- installationDirectory/pw/server/tmp/adapters directory
- The version of the BMC Event Adapter, which can be determined by running the mcxa -z command.
- The version of the cell, which can be determined by running the mcell -z command.
