Troubleshooting IPv6 systems


This section lists some issues that may occur on IPv6 systems and offers solutions on how to troubleshoot such issues.

After restarting the BMC ProactiveNet Server, I do not see the processes up and running

If you restart the BMC ProactiveNet Server on IPv6 Linux systems, BMC ProactiveNet processes (such as JServer, rate) may take some time to start running. After restarting the server, wait for some time (5 minutes) to allow the processes to be up and running.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
