Explanation:
This failure might occur when the deletion or modification of a configuration item(CI) with a udid that does not exist is requested. For Atrium CMDB Publish, this typically occurs when the service model in a cell is not in sync with the service model in (the impact dataset of) the BMC Atrium CMDB. This occurred typically when a previous publish failed because of failure while applying publish on a cell or BMC Atrium CMDB, or when the cell had been restored with the -id option.

User Response:
Run the following command to reinitialize the BMC ProactiveNet data from the publish environment: pinit -n cellName -e EnvId.

If this solution fails, it indicates that the data in the BMC Atrium CMDB might be invalid. Reinitialize BMC Atrium CMDB.
