Note

For PATROL Agent version 9.0.20, you can use a direct event-only integration from the PATROL Agent to a BMC ProactiveNet cell. This integration is non-streaming and cannot be configured through Central Monitoring Administration.

BMC recommends that you upgrade to the latest PATROL Agent version.
