This section provides information about how to log on to BMC ProactiveNet Tenant View Portal.
To log on to BMC ProactiveNet Tenant View Portal
- Start BMC ProactiveNet Tenant View Portal by using the following URL:
http://<BO_SERVER_HOSTNAME>:8080/InfoViewApp - Enter the username and password provided by your administrator.
- Click Log On. The Tenant View Portal home page is displayed.

Based on your requirement, access the Availability Indicator, Health at a glance or Event status views for your infrastructure by clicking the respective icons on the home page. At any point of time, you can switch over between the views from the home page.
