Uninstalling BMC ProactiveNet CMDB Extensions
Perform the following steps to uninstall BMC ProactiveNet CMDB Extensions:
- Navigate to the $BPPMExtensions$\UninstallBPPMExtensions folder.
- Double-click uninstall.exe. This procedure will delete all BPPMExtension related files and folders and will remove the BPPMExtension configuration from the ar.conf file.
Delete the following BPPMExtension records from the AR Server. Use the application ID of the record in the SHARE:Application Properties form to search for the record.
- Restart the AR Server.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
