Permissions required to access web services that retrieve data from BMC ProactiveNet
You must have the Allow to retrieve Performance Data permission to successfully access the performance statistics data, metadata, or configuration data from BMC ProactiveNet.
See Permissions to access web service APIs which details the permissions required to access BMC ProactiveNet web services and the user groups and roles that can access the corresponding web service by default. If you do not have permission to access these APIs, your administrator has to manually enable the Allow to retrieve Performance Data permission.
