Permissions required to access web services that retrieve details about BMC ProactiveNet Integration Services
You must have the Allow miscellaneous web service requests permission to successfully retrieve details about BMC ProactiveNet Integration Services.

If you do not have permission to access the API, your administrator has to manually enable the Allow miscellaneous web service requests permission.
