pw remote
The pw remote command controls the BMC ProactiveNet Agent connections to the BMC ProactiveNet Server.
Run the pw remote command to view the help information.
pw remote list
The pw remote list command displays the list of agents associated with your BMC ProactiveNet Server.
The Status column displays "Active" if the BMC ProactiveNet Agent can be connected and "Unreachable" if the BMC ProactiveNet Agent cannot be connected. If the status is displayed as "Unreachable," verify whether BMC ProactiveNet Agent is installed on the system.
To view more detailed information about the association of the agent with the server (such as Last Connection Time), run the following command:
pw remote list all
