pw itsm_cm


The pw itsm_cm command enables you to activate, inactivate, suspend, or get the status of the BMC Change Management integration with BMC ProactiveNet.

pw itsm_cm activate

The pw itsm_cm activate command is used to activate the BMC Change Management integration with BMC ProactiveNet. The syntax for the command is as follows:

pw itsm_cm activate -reason <Integration_Status_Change_Reason>
[-email_addrs <semi-colon(;) separated email address>]

pw itsm_cm inactivate

The pw itsm_cm inactivate command is used to disable the BMC Change Management integration with BMC ProactiveNet. The syntax for the command is as follows:

pw itsm_cm inactivate -reason <Integration_Status_Change_Reason>

pw itsm_cm suspend

The pw itsm_cm suspend command is used to pause the BMC Change Management integration with BMC ProactiveNet. Change requests are buffered in BMC Change Management when the subscription is suspended. The syntax for the command is as follows:

pw itsm_cm suspend -reason <Integration_Status_Change_Reason>

pw itsm_cm get_status

The pw itsm_cm get_status command is used to get the current status of the BMC Change Management integration with BMC ProactiveNet. The syntax for the command is as follows:

pw itsm_cm get_status

Enter the reason for the change in the status of the integration.

email_addrs

Enter semicolon separated email addresses. BMC Change Management sends email notifications to these email addresses if there is an error.
