Deleting users

Perform the following procedure to delete a user account.

To delete an existing BMC ProactiveNet user account

  1. In the Administration Console, select the Administration tab.
  2. Expand the User folder and select a user.
  3. Right-click the user name and select Delete

    A Confirm Deletion window displays with a prompt message.

  4. Click OK to delete the user, or Cancel to cancel the action.

    Warning

    After a user is deleted, any event rules or reports created by the deleted user display "None" as owner of the object.
