Predefined users in BMC ProactiveNet

When you install BMC ProactiveNet, a predefined set of users, also called out-of-the-box users, becomes available. After installing BMC ProactiveNet, for security considerations, BMC recommends that you change the passwords of all out-of-the-box users. Out-of-the-box users have been made available for an easy BMC ProactiveNet user experience. In a production environment, BMC recommends that you create new users.
