Mean Time Between Failures report example data
The MTBF report shows the average time between component failures. In this example, the event that occurred before the scenario period (the change from Unavailable to OK at 10 P.M. the previous day) is used in the calculation. The value at 6:00 A.M. includes uptime from this event rather than calculating from the start of the scenario (at 12 A.M.).
The MTBF report shows the following information:
- MTBF: 15750000 milliseconds
- Number of Failures: 2
