ignored_states command

The ignored_states command enables you to specify the states that you plan to exclude from the total time. It helps when you calculate the total time for a selected time span.

For example, assume an element is in Info state for 20 minutes out of an hour. If you mark Info as an ignored state, then the availability for that hour is calculated as uptime/40 minutes instead of uptime/60 minutes.
