Configuring headers and footers of reports

You must add images that are provided with the universe to the computer on which SAP BusinessObjects is installed. These images are used in the header and footer of the reports.

To configure headers and footers of reports

  1. Navigate to the Reports/UniverseAndReports folder, and copy the following files:
    • Footer_Landscape.gif
    • Footer_Portrait.gif
    • Header_Landscape.gif
    • Header_Portrait.gif
  2. Paste the copied files in the following folder:
    • For version 3.1, the path is SAPBusinessObjectsInstallationDirectory\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\images.
    • For version 4.0, the path is SAPBusinessObjectsInstallationDirectory\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\images.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
