Configuring monitoring settings

In the Monitor Configuration tab, you configure BMC ProactiveNet Automation Server Monitoring

To configure the Monitor Type settings in the Monitor Configuration tab:

  1. In the navigation pane of Central Monitoring Administration, under the Policies drawer, click All and then select a policy view.
  2. Click Add, or select an existing policy and click Edit.
  3. Enter or edit information in the Monitor Configuration tab.
  4. From the Solution menu, select Automation server.
  5. From the Version menu, select the required version.
  6. From the Monitor Type menu, select the Monitor Type for which you want to add a policy.
  7. Configure the details as required in the bottom of the dialog box.

Do not select the Default Monitoring option; it is not applicable for this solution. The following monitoring option is available:
