PolicyDomain class

PolicyDomain represents the sub-set or partition of managed environment for a set of policies. The domain partitioning scheme is based on the cloud object. For example, typical partition objects or scheme can be a Tenant or Location or Pod. It is possible to combine more than one partition objects. For stryker release the partitioning objects will be SOI only.
