Adding Amazon connectors

In Quick Start, a connector is an integration between BMC Cloud Lifecyle Management and an Amazon Elastic Cloud Computer (EC2) provider. EC2 is a web service that provides resizable, cloud-based computing capacity. 

The Amazon Connectors page lists all currently defined Quick Start connectors for an EC2 provider instance.

To begin defining a connector, click Add New AddNewIcon.gif. The New Connector page opens.

Tip

You can click on any column header to sort information. 

End-to-end Quick Start process

Automatic rollback

If a failure occurs while adding an Amazon environment, Quick Start automatically rolls back all content.
