Creating default settings for a service offering

You can create or modify the preferred settings of a service offering per user. These default preferences include:

• Currency type
• Unit of measure
• Time period

To create the default settings of a service offering

1. From the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console, click the vertical Workspaces menu on the left side of the window, and click Service Catalog.
2. In the Service Catalog, click Edit preferred settings.
   
3. From Default Currency, select a currency type (for example, EUR).
   The default currency is USD.
4. From Default Unit, select a unit of measure.
   The default is Instance.
5. From Default Period, select a time period.
   The default is Month.
6. Click Save.
