The Service Instances workspace enables cloud administrators to make service request using cloud resources. The Service Instances workspace provides access to the same interface that cloud end users access to request services. However, the cloud administrator can see all services from all companies.

To view services

From the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console, click the vertical Workspaces menu on the left side of the window and select Service Instances. The BMC My Cloud Services Console is displayed along with all of the active service requests.

The following figure displays details such as the tenant name, user name, and the allocated quota for the user. In the following figure, quota allocated to the user is maximum, hence in the Available column, quota is Unlimited. The quota details are updated every time a user provisions a service offering instance or decommissions an SOI.
