ProviderDefinition delete request

Description

This API deletes the ProviderDefinition object specified by the guid in the URI. You can delete the ProviderDefinition object even if there are providers registered with the object, which are then ignored by the Provider Registry. 

You can modify the ProviderDefinition object, reintroduce it, and re-register the providers.
