Offboarding tenants

When a tenant is no longer needed, you can offboard the tenant company from the system.

Always offboard the tenant from the Tenant workspace from the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console before you delete the company using the Application Administration Console.

To offboard a tenant company

  1. From the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console, click the vertical Workspaces menu on the left side of the window and select Tenants.
The list of tenants is displayed in a table.
  2. Select the tenant that you want to offboard.
  3. Click the Offboard Tenant icon minus_button.gif.
The Offboard Tenant Confirmation dialog box is displayed.

The macro unmigrated-inline-wiki-markup from Confluence is no longer available.

  4. Select the Yes option.
  5. Click the Yes button.

The tenant is offboarded. The tenant's cloud users, including any tenant administrator users,  can no longer access the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management My Cloud Services Console.

You can now remove the tenant company from the Application Administration Console, if needed.
