Setting general options for BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management

This topic describes how to set the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management configuration options.

To set general options

  1. Log on to the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administrator Console. 
  2. Click the vertical Workspaces menu at the left and select Configuration.
     The Configuration workspace is displayed, as shown in the following figure:

  3. On the General tab, verify or change the following options listed below.
  4. Click View Report to generate and view the Statement of Capacity report.
  5. To set hostname preferences, see Setting-hostname-preferences-for-provisioned-servers.
  6. When you have completed your selections, click Save, or to restore the values from the last save, click Revert to Saved.

You can access the other tabs to continue with the configuration options.
