List of modified operational rules

When a new version of the BMC Client Management is released, it might include some script modifications. These modifications might affect the behavior of your BMC Client Management system and change some of your customized settings. This topic presents a list of all the operational rules that we added or modified in this release.

This table presents modifications for the operational rule steps that were changed or added within last release.

custominvimportcsv	The feature is fixed. Use the separators in the following way: Use \n separator instead of ¬ If you use a semicolon in the header line, than you can use a comma in a value. If you use a comma as the separator in the header line, than you can use a semicolon in a value.
enableusbstorage disableusbstorage	The feature is fixed. When you disable USB Storage Write Access, you can see the usb flash drive and HDDS in the file explorer, browse the content, and access files. But you cannot write to it.
identitymodulesetup	A new vpn server option is created.
installpackage	The feature is available for Linux.
mdmparameters	The feature is available for Android.
messagebox	The feature is available for Linux.
messagebox2	The feature is available for Linux.
messageboxlocalized	The feature is available for Linux.
messageboxuseracknowledgement	The feature is available for Linux.
messageboxuseracknowledgement2	The feature is available for Linux.
patchmacdeploypatches	The feature is fixed. The recommended patches are being deployed when you set a recommend deployment type.
patchmgmtpremiummodulesetup	Parameter DownloadPatchAsSaaS is replaced by new ones: ReportReplacedPatches and DownloadPatchPolicy.
relaybalancersynchronization	A new feature is created.
relaymodulesteup	Use this as an introduction of relay balancer.
securityinvantivirusinfos	The issue is fixed. Security Settings Inventory reflects a proper status for security products.
securityinvregexservicestate	The issue is fixed. You can collect the Automatic (Delayed Start) status as a different service status.
agentproxysettings	New proxy options are created.
closedialog	The feature is available for Linux.
createcustomuserform	The feature is available for Linux.
createshortcutascurrentuser	The feature is available for Linux.
custominvfindregexinfile	The feature is fixed. You can add to the custom inventory all the items from the File Analysis, even if you set the maximum number of entries to 0.
showdialog	The feature is available for Linux.
useracknowledgement	The feature is available for Linux.
vimchangesvmstate	The feature is fixed. You can change the state of your virtual machine and stop it.
