What can I do in this node?
In this node you can:
- view all service pack families ordered by name
- view the number of devices affected by a service pack
What is a Device Count?
In the overview of all available product families you see a column called Device Count . Device Count indicates the number of devices in your network affected by service packs of the product family. If the Device Count of a product family is 0, no device is affected by the respective service packs.
To display affected devices
To display the devices which are affected by a specific patch, proceed as follows:
- Select the patch package, for which the list of devices is to be displayed, in the table of the Patches tab.
- Click Edit > Display Affected Devices

The Affected Devices List window appears displaying all devices. - Click Close to close the window.
You displayed the list of all devices that are affected by a specific patch of the patch group.
To download the Language Details of a Patch
To display the list of languages in which the service pack was downloaded proceed as follows:
- Click Edit> Display Affected Devices
.
The Downloaded Language Details window appears. It displays the list of all languages in which the service pack was downloaded and the download/publication status of each. - Click Close to close the window.
To display ISO file names
You can display the ISO name for Windows 10 Anniversary service packs as they are only available in the database. To do that:
Click Edit> Display ISO file names.
The ISO file names by language window is displayed. It displays a list of all the service packs with language.
- Click Close to close the window.
To add service pack
To add a service pack to the patch:
Click Edit> Add service pack.
The Select a patch group window is displayed. Select the patch group where patches or service packs will be added.
- Select Go to Patch Group if you want to go the patch group view.
- Click OK.
- Select a language for the service pack and click OK.
- View the list of patches to download and click OK.
