Shutting down a device via the web console

To completely shut down the selected device:

  1. Click Actions > Shut down.
    A confirmation window is displayed.
  2. Click Yes to proceed with the shutdown, but be aware that if there is a user working on the device, the user has no way of stopping the shutdown and might lose data in this case.

The shutdown order is sent and the selected device is shut down.
