Managing End user dialogs
You can customize the appearance of the dialogs that are displayed to the end user. The customization window provides you options to configure the following end user dialog components:
- Title bars
- Buttons
- Text fonts
- Company logo
To customize end user dialogs:
- On the BMC Client Management console, go to Global Settings > Customization.
- The end user dialog window is displayed.
- Click
to configure the following end user dialog settings and click OK.
Customize company logo
You can customize the company logo for the end user dialog screens. The company logo is displayed on different end user dialog components like remote control, user message steps, direct access and others. The recommended size is 58*42 pixels, and the supported formats are PNG and JPG.
Customize regular title bar colors
You can customize the text and background color of the regular title bar components, such as instant messaging bar, user messaging box and others.
Parameter | Description |

Text color | Select a color from the list of available colors to be used as the text color of the title bar. |
Background color | Select a color from the list of available colors to be used as the background color of the title bar. |
Customize acknowledgement title bar colors
You can customize the text and background color of the title bars of the direct access acknowledgment screens.

Background color | Select a color from the list of available colors to be used as the background color of the acknowledgement bar. |
Customize regular button colors
You can customize the text and background color of the regular buttons of the end user dialogs.

Customize validate buttons colors
You can customize the text and background colors of the buttons used to validate the end user dialogs.

Customize decline/end sessions buttons colors
You can customize the text and background color of the buttons used to decline or end the dialog sessions, such as acknowledgement or remote-control sessions.

Customize fonts
You can customize the fonts used for the text of the end user dialog screens. The fonts need to be installed on the remote device before configuring.
