Managing remote control session history via web console

You can store the history of the remote control sessions performed on your device with details such as who has accessed your device remotely and the start and end time that the device was accessed. To store the history of your remote control sessions, you must configure the same when configuring the remote control session. To view remote control session history

Click Remote Control > History.

The Remote Control History page is displayed with a list of recordings.

You can filter the recordings based on the device name, administrator name, and date range. 

You can also delete the recordings. To do that, you must have the Manage Remote Control rights. For more information on access rights, see Managing access rights and capabilities for specific cases.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
