Transferring files

The web console enables you transfer files between your local device and the remote device.

To upload files to the remote device

  1. Go to the File Transfer tab.
  2. Click Upload to the Remote Computer.
  3. Click Add File or Add Directory from the Source pane and select the files or directories you want to upload.
  4. Select the destination directory from the Destination pane.

  5. Click Send.
    The upload status displays after the file is successfully uploaded to the remote device.

    The maximum size of the file to be uploaded is 4 GB and maximum number of files that can be uploaded is 100.

To download files from the remote device

  1. Go to the File Transfer tab.
  2. Select the files and/or the folder you want to download.

  3. Click Download.

    The download status displays in the Running Tasks pane.

If the download fails due to any reason, you can click the Download Again button on the top right corner of the Running Tasks pane. This pane also displays the number of files transferred and the data size for each transfer.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
