Restarting the agent


The direct access tools enable you to restart the agent service of the selected remote device. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the device.
  2. Right-click and select Restart the agent from the Direct Access Tools pop-up menu.
    A confirmation window displays.
  3. Click Yes to proceed.

The restart order is sent and the agent service is restarted.
