The following items are known issues or constraints with BMC Client Management 12.9.

DRZKZ-1283

After upgrading the BMC Client Management master server to version 12.6 or later, any MDM server that is running a version earlier than 12.6 cannot be used to send commands to mobile devices.

Workaround: Ensure that the MDM managers are upgraded to BMC Client Management version 12.6 or later.

DRZKZ-1026

The BMC Client Management Master agent service does not stop and gives an error message.

DRZKZ-3039

The USB key MBR becomes corrupted when you switch from offline to online.

DRZKZ-2953 

OSD targets are not active when imported from a CSV file.

DRZKZ-2712 

Power management cannot catch sleep mode events on Windows 10 devices.

Timer.sqlite3 may contain references to invalid administrator records after deleting or renaming an administrator login.
