Preparing macOS for a rollout push

Before installing BMC Client Management on the macOS devices, it is necessary to prepare macOS for a rollout push by enabling SSH.

To enable SSH

  1. Go to System Preferences > Sharing.

  2. Select Remote Login from the list of list of services.
  3. Set the Allow access for value to either All users or Only these users.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
